it could mean he's shy, it could mean he just doesnt have as much of a sex drive as you, or it could mean hes just used to you doing it. unless hes showing other signs of disintrest in you I wouldn't worry.

It sounds like you are doing all the work....You know its strange that you have to be the hunter....You both should hunt together and make love making a couples sport.....If you know what i mean!!!! Its more pleaseing and last longer when both want the same thing and being close and gentle even makes sex alot better.... But if it stays onesided,drop the TURKEY and find someone who will enjoy you for a change....

err.... some people are wired differently I guess. I think you need too communicate this too him. don't offend just maybe ask him what feels good to him and possibly show him what works for you.... Talk first not in the bed and then work on it together there... This could also be an indicator he just isn't a horn dog, but don't know his experience level either.

Some guys are not sure when a lady is in the mood so to speak and they are so sweet they dont want to be rejected or make the lady made so they just wait for the lady to show him what she wants. Hey at least he is not bugging the hell out of you all the time when you want it let him know and get it and other wise you are doing good.

it could mean that or it could mean that you are more experienced then him. it could also mean that he is taking it slow and doesnt want to disrespect you. it might also turn him on more when you suggest it. My partner is the exact same im the one who always initiates it, for me the reason is because it turns him on more and also coz he is tired but because i want it he wants to please me. I suggest you ask him why you are the one who always have to make the first move.
