God didn't write the Bible. Men did, and at the time it was written, they thought the Earth was flat and that the Universe revolved around the Earth.

Quantum fluctuations of Sub Atomic particles is just a given name by a human. Everything on earth was and still is named by human.
God made them all, but He didn't give names.
So if Quantum fluctuations of Sub Atomic particles are in humans daily lives / related to the story, most likely it will be in the bible (new english year 3000 bible).
