Well, it depends on the girl I think. If you already have a mean relationship with this person then don't bother. If you have a good relationship with her (not relations but as in friendship) then you might want to give it a shot. Just start being with her a little more often, and say nice things to her, and once your friendship has increased, ask her to see a movie or something "just as friends, you know?" And DON'T STUTTER when you do this. Then if all goes well, you want to ask if she can be your girlfriend. There will be a 99.9% chance of her saying yes!

Just ask!!! So many people are too scared in this world to be upfront life is too short if she's worth it just ask make it a date with her and her friends/in a public place and give her your number no threat then and the ball is in her court first dates should always be in the daytime and coffee, second dates should be dinner somewhere she suggests and nice and you pay!!! Always

i think a nice way to ask a girl out would be something like this" susie?! i really like your personality and the way you make me smile and i would like to know if i could take you out for coffee or a drink etc.. to maybe get to know you better" susie is just a name i made up. but you get the point just tell her a few good things you see in her,then tell her you like those qualities and are interested in knowing her a little better.

If it was me and i like a girl alot,I would just ask her, If she would like to go to a movie with me and after the show,Go and have a pizza....This will give you time to talk and get to know her,The same with her....

A movie you think she'd like or a concert or even a new restaurant opening and say......
Would you like to go to see Blah Blah movie with me on Friday night?
I have two tickets for the concert in the park on Sunday would you like to come with me?
I've heard that the new Indian restaurant that just opened has great food would you like to join me for dinner on Saturday night?
Be SPECIFIC....don''t say.....hey you wanna hang out sometime?
Find an activity....even if it's just a bike ride or dinner or something and invite her to join you

if she says no play it off cool and make it
seem likes shes gonna miss something
