i love sushi great stuff
i wanna go to japan to try the home grown delight version lol
spicy tuna handrolls,tempura rolls, eel, onigiri(more of rice ball tho)
fatty tuna,tuna, salmon .....eh lots lol

I love tobiko, kohada, yellowtail.

Many people believe that SUSHI = raw fish, this is WRONG
SASHIMI is raw fish slices served above daikon and lettue most time.

Sushi consists of a vinegared-rice with some sort of topping, either fish, vegetable, or egg. Not all of the fish in sushi is raw either.

Maguro is tuna which is raw
Sake - salmon also raw , but there is a smoke salmon you can have
Ebi- shrimp (cooked)
Ama-ebi - raw shrimp
Hamachi - yellowtail tuna
toro - fatty tuna
Chutoro - fattier tuna
Ootoro - the fatties tuna and the BEST and the most expensive!!

There is much more to enjoy about sushi the taste, the texture, the design, the atmosphere it's not about just eating sushi, it's about the Experience!!!!
