I understand these feelings.. and how much it impacts your life, and those around you.
The best way I have found to improve these circumstances is to visit a counselor... even a school counselor, if you are of that age, and private counseling is out of the question.
Doing things that calm you.. listen to your favorite music, talk to friends and relatives.. write down your emotions in a journal.
Even online chatting can be helpful if you visit the right place. (I recommend healthyplace.com chat section) Most of the people there are quite nice, although there are always trolls.. but it's mostly a good resource to get things out.
Most of all, I would recommend reading some books or articles regarding self-esteem issues. Alot of symptoms like you mention are based on having an altered self-esteem.. although not always the case, it can even help the strongest of us.
Take care of yourself, and allow time to breathe.. time to sit and relax.. and time to concentrate on yourself.

Know that most of these qualities are gifts in a way. The opposite qualities are even more negative, so balance is what you need, as well as control as like you are in charge of your life. You seem too vulnerable, so therapy would be to make you less vulnerable but the healed position is to be vulnerable by choice. In other words to love is be vulnerable but you still choose to love. The 'Wounded Healer' is a helpful image. You know the pain so you understand others better. Worry is wasted energy, so good to decide how to handle. Courage is acting inspite of fear. So I see you have potential to be a caring person.

As others have stated, this person should consult an expert. I'd recommend a psychiatrist. They have the training to conduct psycho-behavioral therapy (non-drug) but also have the ability to prescribe appropriate medications if they deem it necessary. Research has actually shown a combination of the two (drug with therapy) to be the most effective treatment rather than one or the other by themselves.

I can answer, i have high anxiety, panic attacks, mild ocd and suffer from depression off and on... (no im not a nut case believe it or not)
First off get them a journal to track their thoughts, fears and such daily. Write down the time, the incident and how it made them feel. It will help them gain control over the feelings.
Secondly they need someone they can really trust to talk too, be it a friend, relative, teacher, counsellor or a lover, but they have to trust the person and be willing to tell the whole truth about how they feel to the person (i couldnt talk to anyone till i met my husband) the person just has to listen and comfort it just helps to vocalize the thoughts to get them out of your head.
Thirdly they have to be honest with themselves, i can admit to myself when i am in over my head (when i start doubting myself and find myself up all hours of the night unable to sleep time for a chit chat and cool down) - if they cant tell when they need to download on someone they are not ready for help.
Lastly if they have suicidal feelings, or harm themselves or others you need to get them professional help immediately -

I suggest you start to think slower and take things on piece by piece. Don't use catastrophic thoughts such as "always", "never" "should've, shouldn't". If your condition begins to change the way you breathe and your heart rate, it might be a panic attack that mimics a heart attack/ asthma attack. If that happens to you, ask your Dr. to prescribe to you, Lexapro. It helps with the worry also.

Take a breath, simply dont let things bother you.... it's not the end of the world and you have so much to look forward to than little things that bother you.. There are many people way worse off so look at the bright side of things. enjoy your life.

I think that if your looking for a holistic remedie for what sounds to me like bi polar disorder then you should probably see a phsysan that recomends Medicinal Cannabis. Almost all of my mothers bi polar symptoms have subsided and now she is better than ever after almost 9 weeks of taking Cannabis as a tea... My mother never smokes.

Have them go talk to someone like a therpist.
My fiance is on a couple meds perscribed by one for depression and anxiety. She is a lot better now and has gotten a lot off of her chest just by talking to one. Hopefully you can find help in your area as soon aspossible

do meditation, nothing is impossible, instead of being afraid try to take things easy, it will help u think better cmon friend u r not alone we are all here with u , just remember there is always something to be happy about, think positive
