I have encountered such feeling too. Maybe you are under some kind of stress, which you know nothing triggers your frustrations yet you felt frustrated.
I saw a family doctor and i was given some doses of medication which i would take one type in the morning and the other type at night.
I got better 1 week after taking the medication, and seems that my mind can function better and could concentrate.
If you encountered the inability to concentrate on work or other activities, maybe you can consider consulting a family doctor first?
I think nowadays, there are some kind of clinics such as the Mood and Anxiety Clinic.
Maybe you can look around for those clinics?
If you think you can't take it anymore, i suggest that you don't drag anymore and to consult some professional help. Initially i thought it may be some small kind of matter, but ultimately i went to a doctor and with medication, i really got better.

What you are experiencing is a panic attack. Please see your family physician and ask him or her to suggest a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist is the appropriate person to diagnose and treat this disorder. Don't let your family physician just treat you with meds. There is almost always other underlying factors that need to be discussed or treated. Meds will help you initially, but therapy is needed in the long haul.
There is treatment and you DO NOT have to continue to feel this way.

You might try cutting down your caffine intake a few hours before going to bed, that can lead to the feelings you describe. Are you overly stressed about something? If so, you need to confront that issue and decrease your level of stress and anxiety, so you can sleep well at night

You may have sleep apnea or other sleep disorders.
Watch your food intake - avoid fried food, avoid caffeine 4/5 hours before sleep, drink plenty of water during the day, wear comfortable clothes and sleep in a well ventilated room.
If you still have problems, consult your doctor.

Sounds like you about to have a panic attack or anxiety attack you need to go to the doctor for a check up after that a psychologist.

did you feel pain around your heart ?
are you potentially overweight ?
are you older than 35 ?
if yes for either one questions, then you should consult with a doctor.
Otherwise, you have something to worry about, or still burden your mind, that need to be solved asap.

Aniexty attacks, they cause rapid heart rate, you need to seek medical attention, there maybe something underlaying that is causing this
