I was just run over by a car and the bone in my legs is poking through my skin.

you should because you can get an infection from that wound and you can get really sick.

Well, put it this way...I made the mistake of NOT going when the bone was poking through my legs after I got run over and it never healed up right. Now I'm bow-legged and it's hard to drive. So go...then will help you out so you don't end up like me.
