depends on the context (if this is a decorating question).
i personally like blue. it is so deep and i feel like it carries a deep meaning.
... like i think that when i see blue! (sigh)

Blue can be intense or pale and it also can ease and soothe
Red can be inspiring and regal
Where is it going to be? What is it for?? If it is paint Blue is easiest to cover and go on Reds always bleed through
So depending on all of the ?? being answered BLUE sounds like the best choice

That all depends on the other colors that will be associated with the red or blue. and what style you would like to decorate with. If your decorating with Greens the blue would look better. If your decoratiing with orange tones then go with the Red.

No offense but for what?
This is a poll I'll assume, and it's gonna be based on personal opinion, not truly defined by BETTER.
Both colors have their place and beauty. Both are Primary colors, and in paints/dyes, have more pigment than other colors. Both can be either extremely intense, or pale. One is a warm color, the other a cool color.
I'm confused that you didn't add detail, and wonder of using 5 points to learn what exactly???

For painting?! Well I heard that red makes people mad, and I personally like to be around happy people. However you can mix that red with a bunch of other colors. Same with blue I guess... It also depends on what you are going for. Good luck on your color choice!

Blue, its calming, red is a energy colour. I'd say Blue all the way

Red is very attractive and colouful but cannot see for long time and blue is not so attractive and colourful full fell like seing and using for long time , and keep mind abit cool for atleast sometimes whenever wee see so blue is good

RED. It's so much with expression. And different, too. Red is ferocious and fierce and expresses defiance, while blue is submissive and so many people love it. Besides, didn't you know that athletes who wear red have more chances to win, becuase red resembles a fierce mood? Scientific data, reasonable thinking. Choose red, my friend. :-)

For room color RED definatly, makes the room POP, as an accent, as a piece of furniture., etc. If it is a wall color, barn red is great. Blues on a wall are great if they are soft hues, not bright or dark.
