Edit photo size in a photo editor like PictureIT or Adobe Photoshop. Even Microsoft Image Editor is a good one. Cut/crop and resave. Some photos are just too big to send, depending on the camera you used and its settings. View the image, then attach it to your email using the attach file button or the paper clip in ms hotmail. You want the receiving end to be able to open the pictures keep the KB under 200. Best of Luck!

First check the file size - most emails are limited to 5 MB (some 10 MB and definitely not to cell phones). Second the picture should be JPEG. Then while composing click the attachments then browse to the you wish to send. click open to attach. Finish composing then hit send,
