Hmmm.....something different....you nixed most of my major ideas. Why don't you make them a coupon book with 25 coupons they could redeem at certain times or whenever they want. The coupons would need to be really neat things they could use........like free lawn service for July, maid service for 3 months, etc. You would need to be imaginative and creative...and of course pre-pay for any services. Or give them a booklet with 25 gift cards to places they like to shop or eat.
You could put together a scrapbook of their married years with a gift card on each page. This could be expensive. But, hey, look at all the money they have spent on you over your lifetime.
If you can't afford to buy all those gift cards, coupons, etc., you could make coupons for things you will do for them....like mowing the lawn, or whatever they might need.

We got a plate that goes on a rack it was gold but it was our parents 50th there is a silver one for 25 years we put there names and when they were married and a nice message . My parents loved it.

HEY thats nice that you want to give something to your parents on their 25th anniversary. you can give them a suprise party on this purpose and can invite few of your parent's fren, so that every one can enjoy there. and yes if you got something good idea then plz let me know. i will o that same for my parent's anniversary. and yes HAPPY MARRIAGE ANNIVERSAY TO YOUR PARENTS
