Should I cut my hair?

I would like to know why people always tell me to get my hair cut. I look really good with my hair this length. It's healthy and straight and right above my butt and i get compliments on it, but guys especially think i should cut it. I like it and everything but so few guys like it like this. Should I cut it or not?

im 15 if that tells u anything. and another thing is some ppl call me a hippie because of it. and im definately NOT a hippie.

Well fist of all Cut it only if you want too, but apparently it sounds like you like your hair as is! So don't cut it! If you do what all others tell you, you will end up regretting it and end up giving the hairstylist a hard time especially when you dont want it cut!! I have dealt with alot of peeps at your age that are confused hon. and always out to please everyone other then themselfs. So don't go waist a hairstylist time or get on their nerve. Especially when you don't know what which way you are going. If you do end up going in for the cut for whatever reason that maybe ask them to trim off a inch or two (good to remove dead ends) ask that they LONG LAYER It to preserve length and perhaps face frame it but keep it all in tha down low cause of all that length! Ask that they show you pic. in a book. Don't go to drastic ! Or you'll be Sorry!!! It wont be the stylist fault ! Do not try to act like you know what you are talking about cause they'll get tired of dealing with you and will give you what you wantand you will end up loosing!!!! They will know best and will help make a better descion. Ask friends who they can recommend as a hairstylist... Not everyone is good some get all Stupid and scissor happy on your a**! Make the good ones look like Sh*T !! Good luck hon.

It is YOUR hair. Don't change what you are happy with for some superficial jerks. If you WANT to cut it, do so. If you don't, then don't. I got made fun of all through school because I would change my haircolor or style. If you like the way you look, tell those vapid morons that you don't want to be another mindless zombie like they are. Be yourself.

You should cut your hair. Long hair is nasty and unsanitary, im sure you wash your hair every 4 days, dont you think thats a lot of hair. Think of how bad it smells. YOU SHOULD CUT IT
