Britain is a world leader in stem cell and other medical research, astronomy and other sciences.
Britain is also well known for its track record in human rights, the environment, international aid, animal rights and democracy.
Britain takes care of its elderly and its sick and educates its populace to a relatively high level.
Britons drive smaller cars, eat less meat, are slimmer and healthier than Americans and get more holidays. Britain is also multicultural, peaceful and relatively tolerant. Freedom of expression and religion are very important here.
Be proud of your country. I came to live here by choice (thanks a bunch xenophobic man above me, I bet I pay more in taxes than you do) and I love it here.

Hey, come on, the speed camera technology is really good (even if it is Dutch).
The Government is pretty good at sneaking legislation that further limits your rights, without you realising it.
Few nations on earth could out drink the British!
The police are good at shooting the wrong people, and barging in to the wrong houses!
People are REALLY good at watching football, and believing that "we" are the best, even when "we" are patently obviously rubbish.
That's good for a start isn't it?
