I am just wondering what ways there are for a person to get kicked out of their city. What would they have to do for that to happen?

It can be part of probation or parole terms. I've seen it on two occasions in the six years I've worked in law enforcement.

Being kicked out of a town or city for a crime went out in the late 1800's to early 1900's. The only way I can think of for a person to be "kicked out" of a town is to be convicted of an offense and have a civil restraining order placed on that person to stay a certain distance away from the city limits. The best answer would be to contact a lawyer and ask him/her of any laws or abilities of law enforcement to restrict a person like that...

I got kicked out of a town in my county the cop pulled me over and asked me if I was doing something illegal and said no he then told me to leave and never come back went back to the police station a couple of months latter and reported an incident and they did nothing to me so I say NO they cant kick you out.

The easiest way is to become politically involved and attack the school budget. Put me out of business in my home town. But I got the voter turnout up from 30% to 78%.

You can not be "kicked out" of a city. You are asked to leave with a pepper spray can nozzle in our face.

uh, If you do something that gets you in jail for a long time, that'll get you out of your town, well kicked out ;)
plus if it was a serious thing i doubt they kick you out of the town, maybe fine or but you in jail. maybe domestic disturbance alot would work.

Ask a heavy metal band or a rock group, i have heard of them being kicked out of a city.......Ozzie was kicked out, for peeing on the Alamo................

I knew in Oregon, someone i knew as an acquaintance was kicked out of Oregon for fighting a cop in public>>>>i think that'll do it to you!!! a felony....

I guess you could go around painting random people's houses, then go to the zoo and spray paint all the animals. Find a landmark and trash it.... these are just ideas. I have no idea, really.
