man made him superior. man invented him. man has been inventing god through out history, since the dawn of time. Why? to explain what science can't explain. research history.. in Benjamin Franklins time, people belived that God was punishing you when lightning struck your house. Now we can explain why that would happen with science. See the trend? We can't yet explain much about the universe...so plug a god in to fill in that gap.

In this life, in the flesh, we will NOT have the capacity to truly understand God. He was not elevated to a superior position by someone else. He always has existed and always will exist. He is outside of time. He spoke into existence all of the physical universe. He told it to be and it was. How could you hope or expect to have an understanding of the scope of His existence.
What He has done is reveal Himself to us in ways that we have a shot at comprehending. Start with the book of John, then Acts, then Matthew, Mark and Luke. You will begin to get the idea.

We are not to know all of the answers. God has always existed. We cannot understand why or how because humans view everything as having a beginning and and end. What comes before the letter A? What comes after the letter Z? In our minds, everything has a beginning and an end. God does not, so humans must just accept this truth on faith. When you die, then you can ask God. I plan to!

That is like asking , Where did the planets and the moon come from ?????? just is.. and now they think there are 'other' .....Galaxy's? wow how large is Space? and what contains this vast darkness? This question bothers me more than, yours.. and where did god come from? and what happens after we die, do you think heaven is over populated? I'm sorry , I will stop now, this question just sent my mind racing.

How do we know God is not an entity from another galaxy? Or actually a type of energy that we are not aware of?

you kind of answered your own question, there. :) hes the superior being just because he was always there. the very fact that we cannot comprehend an eternal being proves that he is superior
