And,as for "paying back taxes",HOW do you know how much they actually OWE in back taxes,since MOST illegals use STOLEN and FAKE i.d.'s???? And THAT is why,checking to see which ILLEGAL has been here longest,will NOT work!!!

to "underage liar", how do YOU know what they CAN or can NOT get??? Before Arizona passed prop200, illegals DID get WELFARE!!! I KNOW for a FACT that they did!!! They were allowed to get low-income housing,food stamps, and wic, and afdc for their kids!!! They were ALLOWED to do this, because they were considered "migrant workers",but at the END of the season,they would NOT LEAVE!!! The reason i know is because i worked at the post office,near the low-income housing area,that their FOOD STAMPS,and CHECKS came to,and i had to seperate the mail and put it into their p.o. boxes!!! And,i know of hospitals that have CLOSED,directly due to ILLEGALS,not paying their bills!!!!!

Well said, enough is enough, like I said in another post....there is an immigration process for a reason...so many is too much of a burden, we as a nation can't keep letting millions come into our country undocumented/ unchecked. Also there should be some law against illegals getting any kind of welfare/ state aid. If your not here legally then NO food stamps etc.

I don't want them to have to pay for anything, they should go back. And that is a humane solution - because in countried like Russia, Greece and Turkey, THEY WOULD BE SHOT ONE FOOT OVER THE BORDER ON SITE BEFORE THE SECOND ONE LANDED.

I also believe getting caught should throw them back a few years before trying again, or not at all.

If any Mexican wants to come to America they should do it LEGALLY! And I am tired of people making them out to be victims saying that they only come here to better themselves and work. It pisses me off so much! You know, 10% of prisoners in the US are ILLEGAL MEXICANS! And yet Americans pays for this!?! I'm tired of seeing these rallies full of Mexicans waving there Mexican flags around and chanting in Spanish. This is AMERICA, we speak English and glorify the AMERICAN flag! If they want to live in a Spanish speaking culture and wave their mexican flags around STAY IN MEXICO. And besides, Mexicans come here and get free medical attention because no hospital can deny anyone of service, then the hospital, and not to mention schools, loose money and are forced to close. I'm not even going to get started on all the criminals that hop the boarder. I mean, have you seen the footage of them Mexicans coming over the boarder? They look like cockroaches scowering in the night!

illegal immigration should be condemned, it should punish any employer who hires them severely. Many people wait to get legal immigration status, why should we reward those that have no respect for our laws. Part of being an American citizen means that you follow the law. i don't think that illegal immigrants should be punished or imprisoned, just send them home, and give them the paperwork that they need to fill out to obtain legal status. they should have the same chance at citizenship as everyone else coming here has, otherwise it is offensive to any immigrant that came here legally. I also think that they should be made to learn the language. When my ancestor's came here, they had to learn the language/ and we did not have bilingual programs to help them. so there is no excuse not to know the language.If your immigrating to a country, you should expect that you will have to speak their language.

umm.... I am not with you or against you. I am an immigrant but I came because my grandma became a citizen after 25 years of living here. yes it isn't right for people to have to pay for people who come here and do nothing but what about the people that want to find success here? the ones that will do something and work their butts off to find a better life not only for themselves but for their families back in some country that may not help them much?

I agree. We shouldn't have to cater to them. We even learn their language so we can serve them! If I moved over there I would learn Spanish, not make them learn English. I think that these people are missing the point.
We do spend a lot of hard earned money on these people, who come over to our country ILLEGALLY and have babies. And they are allowed to stay here with their babies, because their babies are citizens if they're born here. How is that fair?
If they want to come over here legally and get a job, fine. Let them. I just don't want to waste my money on them.

Nothing, don't worry, we aren't talking about people who immigrated legally. Americans generally like legal immigrants no matter their race, and have no beef with them. I think people misunderstand the difference between "illegal" and "legal' immigration and why that difference angers us.
