My dress is a common "princess or A-line style". It is floor length and is sleeveless. So what shoes will work?

Pretty much whatever you are comfortable with. The only consideration, aside from how your feet will feel at the end of the day, is the height of your groom. If you are similar in height, you may not want a high heel, but if there's a considerable difference, then maybe something that brings you up to his level.

I wore a strapless, long, A-line wedding dress. I wore platform sketcher tennis shoes. White with some glitter on them. No one saw my feet and i was able to dance all night long without my feet hurting or getting blisters. It was my second wedding and I learned from the first one that the shoes do matter. Comfort first, it is a long day.

Whichever style that you like the most, just remember to make sure that the shoes you choose are comfortable as you will be on your feet a lot.

Good luck =)

I would wear a low heel, like the ones that are "box toed" where it seems kind of pointed but you have enough room in there to not be crying by the end of the night because your feet hurt, comfy enough but still cute. or pointy, either look cute, I think the box toed one's look a little to businessy so pointy ones are good you just have to get the right ones.

Go with ballerina slippers. I wore dressy sandals with a 1 inch heel and my toes hurt for days after. Good luck & congrats!

I wore white satiny slippers. (Like the isotoner ones at JC Penny) My feet were soo happy at the end of the night! I was the only one not complaining or walking around barefooted.

to me there is no such thing...as a certain kind. Wear what you think will be most compfortable...even if they cost $1.00. Then when you get to dancing get a pair of nice slippers so you dont have to be in heels all night.

Anything white (if your dress is white of course)& comfortable. Don't forget that you will be on your feet most of the day!
