What you want is an IR blocking filter. An optical supply house like Melles Griot , Reynard, or Edmund can supply you with one. Depending on the intensity of the radiation, you may be better off using a cold mirror or hot mirror. These are dichroic mirrors that pass infrared and reflect visible light, or vice versa. They can be used where a blocking filter might get too hot from the radiation absorbed.

Schott glasses KG1 through KG5 are some available IR blocking filters.

I would first call a science hobby shop, then a camera store. Those would be two readily available resources with, if not the filter, then a good idea of how you could get one.

That sounds like glass. Although glass doesn't reflect IR, it absorbs it.
