I'd make one called Alpine Coffee Crunch...coffee ice cream with white chocolate and toffee bits and almonds. YUM.

i would make an ice cream called "ice kacang" flavor.
its a popular delicacy in Malaysia
it is made with milk,rose flavored syrup, brown sugar, nuts, grass jelly, "Nata de coco" or coconut jelly, and lychee's.
its an exotic treat that people around the world should try.
