Take a glass of beer, fill it about 2/3 of the way full. Then take half a shot of amaretto and a half shot of bacardi 151 (in the same shot glass). Light the shot on fire, drop it in the beer and chug it. It is called a flaming Dr.Pepper. It tastes just like Dr.Pepper. YUM!

There is only one thing to mix with Barcardi 151... and that is a whole pineapple. Really. Start with a pineapple that has been topped off. Then take your coring tool and start screwing it through the pineapple. If you don't have a coring tool, you can get one on-line from William Sonoma for about $13. Once you've gotten through near the bottom, pull the meat and the core out. Discard the core and set the meat into a bowl where you can mash it a bit into smaller pieces. Once that is done, place the mashed pineapple pieces back in the husk. Now comes the crowning touch. Take your 151 and fill your prepared pineapples with it. Then put them into the refrigerator to chill for a while...Oh Man

Actually nothing... straight up in a shot glass....

But a good Zombie and Rum Punch with 151 will do it.... you may also want to try a Rum Island (a Long Island Tea, but with 151!!!)
