Go to www.courts.mo.gov/casenet. It's a free lookup. This should tell you if there is a warrant out for their arrest, although it takes some time for the court reporter to input the information after the warrant is issued. So, if the warrant was issued yesterday or today it might not show up yet. But if it was more than 48 hours ago, I'd say it's in there.

You can go to www.peoplefinders.com, but be prepared to pay $39.95. I don't know how far you'd get, but you can try calling Missouri state offices, or county offices. Their website says: "Arrest warrants are public information; therefore the reason identified on your warrant for your arrest will be available to the public." This is under the title "WILL MY NAME BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC?"
