Honestly, all you can do is let time heal you pain. I know that seems dumb, but there is nothing you can really do. Me I had this same prob n all i did was sit home n eat ice cream. But that doesn't work it made me feel even more painful. There is someone out there who will treat you better, it might not seem that way right now but there is. Just, go out and be with your friends n family they are always there for you. Do things to try not to always have him on your mind. I wish you the best!

You don't say why you broke up. If he wanted to move on you should give yourself 1 week to cry, remember the good stuff, be sad, and mopey. Then after the week is over make an effort to get out and meet new people, or take a class, or clean your apartment, What you shouldn't do is start another relationship for a while, you need time to grieve and heal and find out who you are and what you want for yourself. After 3 years you need to take inventory.

Hun, the best way to get over and old love is to find a new one. But if you're not up to that then just remember that you don't need a dude to make you feel like you're complete. If it didn't work out with him, trust me there will be someone else who would love to fill his shoes. And if you still feel depressed get a therapist. Sometimes that's the best medicine ; understanding. You'll learn something about yourself at the very least.

think positive in your life. Think that you can do it without him. You are a very strong person. Nobody starts out like a weak person only if they choose to do so. Keep a positive outlook in life, even though your heart is pained not to see him. You got to keep fighting aganist this feeling, time will heal you up, don't worry rethink what you gotta do in life and just do it. If you think about him once in awhile, it is okay to do so because you have not yet healed but if you have no contact with him for awhile, you will eventually forget and thats how you move on.

First things first; it just happened so all your hurt is going to be there for quite some time. Three years with one person and then losing them will take a emotional toll on you. Like the cliche goes, "Time heals all wounds." It is completely true. Give yourself quite a bit of time. While you are healing, do somethings to keep yourself busy. Hang out with you friends and go out.
I truely hope things get better; heart ach is such a hard thing to go through

Once you love someone, the feelings will always be there even though its been years you've been apart. The best thing to do is to move on, and think and do things in a positive way. A new and happy beginning will surely come your way.

Well, they say the best way to get over one person is with the next. Even if you don't go that route..Just make sure you don't keep things around that reminds you of him. Try to stay away from places you guys used to frequent together..Definately do not hang out with him...When you're trying to get over someone, you have to put them out of sight and out of mind...Otherwise, it's going to be a LONG, painful journey...

Yeah, don't eat too much, you'll get fat and probably will never find a man. Skinny people can barely find one. I would suggest stalking your ex. After all, he belongs to you right? I'm thinking that he is your property, and no woman has a right to your property. I would stalk my ex, but my pastor told me not to.
Stalk yours while you still can. There is nothing wrong with women stalking thier man. We are on a hunt. There is a shortage of men, CLAIM YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
