Me an my boy friend were arguing ova something so stupid!!! he must of got really mad an he hit me across my face!!!! i was shocked an he did it perposelly i dont no wat to do should i get mad at him or should i be calm about it all?? is it ok??

tell him that waht he did was wrong and it hurt you both physically and emotionally. make sure you do this in a place where there are people around you just in case he gets mad again. if he dosent apologise...get rid of him. you dont want to be in a hurtful relationship do you?

It's never ok for a man to hit you. If a man has hit you than he has abusive tendencies and he will more than likely do it again. It starts off as a slap in the face, what will he do next time? If I was you I would get out of the relationship NOW.

Hell yea u should get mad!!! Really mad! If he does it once, he'll do it again. Trust me, no matter what he says, he's the kind of guy that probably can't control himself when he gets mad so he decides to punch. He might regret it after, but no matter what he thinks or says, he did it once he'll do it again. Get a guy that will respect you no matter what, a guy that won't do anything to hurt you. Please, save yourself. Be very careful with guys like that.

has he ever done it before this time? There are no excuse to hit a women. I would talk calmly about it but try and be warey of this the next time you have an argument and if it happens again do tell someone about it. Its never ok to hit a woman

If he hit you just over an argument he is obviously not fully in control of himself. If he has done it once he will do it again. Trade him in on a new one honey before he takes over your life.

NO ITS NOT OK. but u should be calmed, tell him that no one is allowed to treat u that way and that u just wont stand it and u will not allow for it to happen again, so youre leaving him.

if he hits you once he will do it again and again, maybe even hard enough to kill you, walk away from the relationship. and report it to the police, if his behavior is not stopped now it will only get worse and someone will get really hurt

That is physical abuse. You should have called the police. They would take it very seriously and arrested him. Please listen now. Never, ever see him again. It will get worse. He will do it again, break your bones and possibly kill you. You have been warned. And you MUST tell your parents.
