I don't know how to make it.I have tried it such as: "Hello can we be a friend?" "i have an interest to talk with you so i wanna you being my friend".That at 1st time i sent an email to her,but didn't reply.I haven't got an idea/ a question to ask her after she said yes.could you tell me what should i ask her after she said yes?I askd for the phone number she did'nt give to me and i will not ever give to other person
Why do the woman'sjust want add the same sex asd her friend on friendster?not all woman.
I really need your answers for above questions...that i could learn.

Get a english tutor, a lot of people do it. It will help you not just in friendships but work too.

Girls dont respond to the word "friend". If you want a girlfriend, you keep the word "friend" out of it and say, 'Do you want to go out" instead.
Also I think the language barrier is an issue. Watch more television and learn more English because if you are writing her like you are writing here, it is confusing and hard to understand.
If she speaks your language then maybe this particular girl is just not for you.
