Yes.
It is also possible for a little girl to have testies which haven't decended. Or a baby boy with a very small penis and ovaries inside. There are a real varity of mutations that can happen.

The sad part is that sometimes the doctors make the decision whether the baby is a boy or girl and then they do the gender change. It would be good to have the child age and be old enough to know which gender to identify with, then make the change.

Some people are born with characteristics of both sexes, although it's not always as extreme as what you might expect. For example, some are simply women with larger than average clitorises. The current term for these conditions is "intersex." It's rare for a person to have fully functioning genitalia of both sexes, contrary to what porn movies portray.

The "she-males" in porno films, who typically have developed breasts, a fully developed penis, and what appears to be a vagina are not naturally born. They are either people who have had a partial sex change surgery or in some cases it's just special effects makeup/prosthetics.

Yes we studied it all in anatomy and physiology. Our teacher took us to the Loma Linda museum for embryology. It all comes down to the splitting of chromosomes. The cellular level is unique and it has to split a million times well if the one is defective then it goes bad. The chromosomes are like a map and if you got the wrong dirrections then this is where you end up. I believe in God, there are alot of questions I have for him. It was hard to understand when researching a child born with both sex or two heads. The miracle is that most of us are born with normal extremities and internal parts. Because when you see the miracle of cells splitting to make a perfect human that is the miracle that it gets it right. The cells split correct is the miracle, not the person who has defects. There was a child born in that museum preserved that was born with its skin inside out. Getting back to your question. Understanding it is just a genetic link gone wrong do you understand now a person having both sex organs? It is fasincating studies.

Yes, do not remember the medical term, but yes. When one of a set of twins dies before birth, in the very early stages of pregnancy before separation, the fetus that lives will sometimes inherit the x or y gene from the other. Males can be born with ovaries, etc. and females can be born with testes.

Yes they can. It's a genetic mistake, and a doctor can explain to you much better than I can. They can also do tests to determine if your internal sexual organs are more one sex than the other. Also with the external sexual organs, one sex may be more dominant then the other, such as the testicles may not be fully descended.
A doctor will of course have more knowledge.Good luck. There is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Psuedohermaphrodites are born with a vagina, and then once they hit puberty, their penis descends from inside their body and they are suddenly male. It happens in underdeveloped countries where there is inner-family relations.

YOu can be born with an extra chromome on site 23 leading in a XXY sex chromosome. This is called Klinefelter's syndrome. It results in genitalia of both sexes. All genitalia will be underdeveloped normally.
