Definitely rollerblading. It's a great cardio and so much fun. You can alternate your speeds, so when you get worn out you can slow your roll for a little bit but still get somewhere. It builds great muscle in your legs, and helps you lose stored fat. But my favorite exercise is for my abs...my boyfriend is my machine for this one...if you know what I mean.

All types of cardio, especially walking, running, and dancing! Keeps your heart rate up and burns a lot of stored fat, not to mention that if done first thing in the morning, it gives lots of energy and liveliness that lasts throughout the day.
