there are so many problems at home, in school, my current relationship, etc.....if only i could wake up in the morning without thinking of any problem at all...only happy and healthy life

How about journaling ? To help get out frustrations, irritability and anger or resentment. If not journaling how about walking, punching a punching bag, talking with a counselor at school, trusting a friend or religious leader, reading a self help book ?

I'm sorry but you will never get over stress. You can learn better ways to deal with it. You mentioned problems at home. You can take care of part of those problems by sitting down with your family. At school, you can talk to counselors or teachers. Maybe that will help. As for the relationship, there will always be stress there. I have been married for 11 years and there are times I still get stressed out. It's all a part of life and growing up.

try to watch more comedy. get some laughs. the healthy endorphine rush from laughing is very healing.
