i had a poltergeist experience. strange knocking no one could explain, chairs and furniture moving around by themselves. someone took a couple pictures of me during the event and there were these weird white swirly things showing up in the polaroid that weren't there. electrical anomalies, television and radio interference, a lot of other weird psychic ****, telepathy, premonitions in dreams, i was sitting in a chair and reached out to grab a cup that was out of my grasp and the chair with 300 something pound me in it slid across the floor. i guess i was the "agent" if you know about poltergeists.

Ok. Well, my friend showed me some website with a video of a girl walking around in a cemetary in the middle of the night, and it turns out to be what seems to be a ghost. Totally scary video, though!!!! And then that same friend always talks about how there's a ghost living at his house. ANd that the ghost has like half a body, and it plays with the computer, and it makes the lights flicker at night, and if he has headphones on, some screaming kind of noise comes out of it. Freaky stuff. Also, one time we were using a weegie (don't know how to spell it) at his friend's house, and it said like "I watch your mom in the shower" and "go away" and stuff like that.

Odd stuff, but i'm not quite sure if it's 100% true.

There was a woman that had died in the house that we grew up in & my siblings claimed that they saw her ghost outside the window facing toward the garden.
We did have strange occurrences in the house (several light bulbs popping in the same room but then working properly later on without the bulbs being changed, things suddenly disappearing & showing up in the most unlikely places later on, cold spots, etc.) but these may be contributed more to poltergeist activity more to a haunting. We were a large family & poltergeists are very likely to be around adolescents.
My mother did have a very frightening [supernatural] experience in my sister's bedroom & would never sleep in that room after that.
I have seen a doppelganger of my cat (which is very likely--she is an evil thing!), & ectoplasm in the sense of an entity that could fully materialize.
I think that we all have the ability to see them if we only our minds to them. All children have the ability until it is "brain-washed" out of them, which I think is extremely sad. I think that if we were to keep an open mind to these type things it would be easier to open hearts & minds to other things as well, like being more acceptable of others [living] as well.

My aunt moved into a house. She claimed there were three ghosts there. Nobody, including her husband and two daughters, believed her until one day her oldest daughter (24) was in the refridgerator. She turned around and ran screaming because the ghost was just watching her.

My aunt told me the story, and I didn't believe it, but I'd heard from a Mexican lady I knew that the Mexican Catholics do believe in ghosts, and that they believe ghosts are just lost souls. If you see one, you ask it where it belongs. My aunt didn't think it'd work, but the next time she saw the ghosts, she asked them where they belonged, and they disappeared. She hasn't seen them since.

Now, did my aunt make it all up? I don't think so. Her daughter saw it, and they are people who used to make fun of people who claimed to see ghosts. I've never seen one, but just because I haven't seen them doesn't mean they don't exist. I never saw Ghandi, but I'm sure he lived. I've never seen Pluto, but I'm sure its there. Not seeing isn't the same as not existing. So, this is a true story, so long as you can trust that my aunt wouldn't lie to me... so long as I can trust the same, and so long as my logic that not seeing isn't the same as not existing holds true.

Alrighty, no B.S.

Back in 1990, my wife and I had been married only a few months and were living in San Antonio. She worked as a nurse, and I as an apprentice electrician. I knew that she was going to get home from work before me this particular day. When I got to the house, her car was in the driveway so I knew she was home. I walked in the front door and caught a glimpse of one of her feet covered by her (thin) night gown going down the hallway. I figured she was ready to rock (ahem) and put down my lunch box and headed down the hall. When I got to our room she wasn't there. She wasn't in the bathroom, kitchen, garage or any of the other three bedrooms of the house. Yeppers, I started freaking out. But I had to be sure she wasn't messing with my head. All the windows and everything that should be locked, was locked. She wasn't in the house. I started feeling kind of sick at my stomach, not to mention light-headed and quite honestly scared. I think every hair (except the pubes) on my body was standing up. The only thing I could think of was to run across the street to another couple's house we knew, and ask then if they might have seen her or know where she was. When they answered the door, I saw my wife sitting on their couch. All three of them knew something was wrong and before I could say a word, the woman of the house said, "Mike! You're white as a sheet! Wha'ts wrong?" They all agreed that I appeared to be scared spitless. I told 'em. We all went back over to the house but of course we found nada. It could have been my imagination, but if it was it was visible to me and for the past 16 years I still haven't forgotten. Just for the record, the subdivision we lived in was rife with low-lifes. We were broke into once before that happened, and twice afterwards. Could be something bad happened in that house once. I dunno. And I do believe in God.

Spent the night at a friends house. I slept on the couch. I had a nightmare that a man with red hair and a pitted face picked me up off the couch and screamed "Brown!"
The next day I told my buddy about it (it scared me pretty bad). He asked me to come with him to his mother's place of employment, she was a secretary at a local business. We walked in and my friend asked her this question, " Mom. Who was the guy who killed himself in our attic?" He held up a finger here to silence anything I might have said.
She looked at him strangely and said "You know his name. It was Mr. Brown."
This is completely true.. Ghost story? Coincidence? I don't know but I never stayed at that (expletive deleted) house again!

Ghost stories ?. I do have a lot of them and believe it or not, each culture or race have its own kind of ghost...

As Malays, we have a lot of common ghosts and some of them were kept by their masters, I mean people. We do have vampires, but our vampires are not like Hollywood vampires, they're women in white clothes, hanging on trees, suck bloods and even killed people. Malays called them "Pontianak"...

We do have a goblin-kind ghost, we called them "Toyol", they were kept by their own masters for the purpose to steal someones money and they do ask reward, it's simple.. Blood !.

Apart of "Pontianak" we do have another women vampire, "Penanggal", we believed that, they're the first Mom that died during giving birth of her 1st child. They have only head and they fly around to suck blood, especially the first Mom.

I know, modern living community didn't really believe in ghosts. But, it's up to you...

And what proof will you require? How will you tell if they are true or just made up?
