eat 6 evenly spaced out small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism going--so you won't have episodes of "crashing" or "low blood sugar levels."

moreover, despite what you may think--the solution to not feeling tired is to actually get moving--for example--go for a jog, hit the gym and the treadmill, lift weights, do something active that busts a sweat.

your body as well as brain need oxygen--being tired is often sometimes a sign that you are lacking oxygen--(hence yoga exercises, etc increases circulation and makes you feel relaxed and refreshed...doing various exercises at the gym also results in more energy afterwards)

also, hittin the gym can actually give you better deep sleep so you are more refreshed in the morning the next day

so basically--the solution to feeling less tired is to get moving and eat more frequent meals

try it out and hope it works for you

Bananas!!! They give me instant energy. Also, get some good trail mix and eat it as a snack through out the day. Eating a good breakfast in the morning helps you going too and a healthy lunch at noon. Try to stay away from red meats for dinner and eat before 7:00PM. Try also getting some good rest at night. I know when I'm up late, I am so groggy all day the next day. Drink plenty of water too. Us girls need at least 8 glasses of water a day! It's good, cause it flushes out your system, (helps your poop move quickly along and to get out). Walking is a good way to get some good exercise and get some energy too. Even if you can only walk 10min. a day is good.
