You have a major problem. My mom had this problem in her house suddenly, and didn't even have any animals. We sprinkled Ortho Seven on her yard, and had Terminex spray her house. It still took a lot of vacuuming, but FINALLY!
GOOD LUCK!!!

I had that problem before . Nothing worked until , this gets messy, I powdered all of the floors in the house with sevin dust and let it set for 1-2 hours and gave the dog a bath with Ivory dish soap. Ivory dish soap kills the fleas and ticks almost instantly I don't know why but it works better than any flea and tick shampoo I have ever used. also put garlic powder in the dog food it keeps the fleas off of them for some reason. hope this helps there isn't anything worse than having to deal with fleas

struggling with a foul flea invasion is threefold. a million) save your dogs or canines from associates' canines. 2) Use product to kill fleas on canines. 3) formerly fogging the domicile, vacuum the rug and right this moment throw the bag away interior the garbage. those steps could must be repeated some situations. I even have used a great comb to brush out the fleas right into a bathtub of water and flea shampoo, which kills them. After the fleas are long gone from the dogs(s) the subsequent threat is that the eggs hatch a clean batch of fleas. So killing fleas is a 2 step deal. Kill the fleas and their babies. the entire ingredient can flow down the lavatory in a hurry in case your dogs gets out and acquaintances with yet another dogs Hilton flea donning chum.

You need to treat your home more than once. Fleas lay eggs in your carpet, furniture and bedding and hatch every two weeks. Buy an area fogger to kill all the fleas and larvae, then in two weeks, do it again and your house should be flea free. Doing this as well as treating your pet will take care of the problem. You should try to get the foggers from your vet. They sell better ones than some of them at the stores. Make sure it gets fleas in adult and larvae stages too. Some foggers only kill adult fleas and leaves the larvae which will mature in a few days, and they will lay eggs and continue the vicious cycle.

I feel for your problem. Have you talked to the vet? Because my sister has a bunch of cats that sometimes have flea problems. From what I know, there art two products one is Advantix and the other is Advantage (I think!). The second one you can only get from the vets, you can't buy it at the store only by prescription from the vets. It has always worked like a charm for my sis. Good luck!

My friend lives in a horribly flea infested town. I gave her a tube of my Revolution. She had been dipping, and Advantixing and Frontlining her dogs for the past several years without ever winning the battle. She split the large size dog tube between 3 small dogs, and her problem is gone.
I have been a dog breeder for 38 years, and have never found anything as quick acting, and safe as REVOLUTION.
You get it at your vets, and it protects against Lyme, heartworm, ear-mites, sarcopic mange, west Nile, and many other parasites.
Call around until you find the vet in your town that will sell it without requiring a heartworm test. it is $14 for the large size, and comes in the tiny spot-on-skin tube.

try getting some eucalyptus berries and tying them to a string, hang them around your dogs neck, they should be gone. also, try using a soap-free soap after bathing them while using a flea medicine. every time dogs go outside, they pick up fleas. there isn't really that much you can do for it. just don't apply too much flea medication at a time, it can be unhealthy for dogs and cats.

Agreed. When you do the flea treatment on her, make sure you have cleaned and disinfected your house and all your linens (and the dogs stuff) of all fleas and eggs at the same time. If you clean her but don't clean her stuff, she'll get reinfected.

There is something you can buy to spray your house, and get rid of the fleas. It has worked for me.

my dogs have fleas after the use of both of those. give your dogs little pieces of garlic....not too much. fleas hate it. seems to work, also keep your grass watered seems to keep it down a bit.
