Ive done this very thing,My best friend and i messed around for a long time,and she was dating my other best friend,the difference is,he knew about it and didnt care one bit..she lived with me and we shared a bedroom....maybe its different when its 2 girls,instead of a guy n a girl....no chance of pregnancy or any of that...Now shes dating someone else,and i would still mess with her if i had the chance,even tho this guy doesnt like it,i dont care cuz hes a jerk and doesnt deserve her..

No I wouldn't, and it's primarily because of the reason you just gave: "it's a nightmare." Unless everyone has a mutual understanding of what's going on, then what you're doing is going to drive you "crazy."

No way! Especially he/she is going out with one of your other closest friends, you actually don't sound like much of a friend to either other person involved. Friends don't hurt friends especially, over a cheap thrill.
