I'm not sure the premise of this question is correct.
I want a girl that is hard for other guys to get, but easy for me to get.

Not all girls or women do. Some girls/boys/women/men will only go after someone if they play hard to get and then once they get you they are no longer interested cuz they are only after the chase, it no longer becomes fun for them once they got you. My advice to my own child is, if a boy really likes you and you like him then there shouldnt be no games just be upfront and tell him straight up instead of chasing and then getting egg on your face later on

It's the chase and the fact that someone likes and wants u.
It's like a power trip u know this person likes u so u play like it nothing to ya but deep inside u love it.
And u want to see how far this person will go or what they will do to keep after u.
But theres a downfall, when the person stops going after u after awhile. then u feel u lost ur power and now u end up trying to get that attention back.

Because everyone likes a challenge. Even if your not into games, you want someone who doesn't throw it all at you at once. It's nature to want to pursue someone before having them fully.
