The system information won't do you much good unless you have specifics about the error (i.e. what game you're trying to run, what error it gives). A good possibility is that you don't have a powerful enough video card to handle the game's graphics or the drivers are corrupt. These are common reasons for games to give errors when they run.

If this isn't a possibility, it could be a multitude of things. Your best bet would be to re-install the game and try running it again. It's just too hard to say without knowing what the game is.

Reboot and kill all those programs running in the background
