Paul Mitchell Shampoo 3 is the best at removing chlorine build up from the hair.
Since you are doing a lot of swimming use a leave-in conditioner to prevent drying and further chlorine penetration.
Also before you get in the pool wet your hair with water that is not from the pool. This will also prevent your hair from absorbing chlorine.

CLARIFYING shampoo from any salon. salon shampoo doesn't have to be expensive, some salons like great clips or fantastic sams carry their own line of products which are just as good as matrix, bed head, etc. but use clarifying shampoo after every time u swim to get the chlorine out. and wet ur hair before u get in the pool, that helps too. if all else fails i hear dish washing soap helps but if u go the route be careful cuz that'll dry your hair out with too many uses.
