Hi Pete: Say, we both love fishing,,,but if you are staking your future fishing expeditions on the Christian version of heaven, the answer is going to be negative..nada, zip..no fish or fishing in cloudsville.
Now, on the other hand, we who are Noachides. we believe that GOD means to restore the earth to pristine condition after all things are redeemed...which might indicate a grand opportunity to fish once more.... However, this apparently is going to be somewhat in the future,,,as there is a resurrection and eventual terrible conflict between the Jews and all the nations that choose to go against them and the ultimate conquest of all who despise Israel and God.
So,,,,of course....I vote for GOD and restoration, which, according to the Bible, Hebrew Original Source Documents, means every man shall have his own Fig tree and Vineyard to tend....and i cant see any reason that a lake might not be part of your inheritance. After all, GOD did specify that the earth was to be the eternal habitation of mankind, not some cloudy bastion or off world planet. Sincerely

Sure.... just go fishing all day in heaven. The biggest damn fish that you can imagine and as many as you want. And because it's heaven, there would really be any challenge to it and you would just catch them easily. Where's the challenge in that? Oh no, I think you would get bored with it after awhile.
But wait.... don't fish have spirits too??? Wouldn't it be wrong to temp them with bait and then to kill them???? I don't think God would approve.
Food. Well if there's fish, there's food aye? And again, as much as you want and whatever type you want. Ice cream up the wazoo. And you would never get fat so you could just eat and eat. Sounds exciting doesn't it? But what if you lusted after food with all your wildest food dreams come true? What about gluttony? Wouldn't that be sinful?

You can do anything you want including the fishing. Of course there will be food in heaven, you just need to ask for it.

If God created fish... there will be fish! Heaven will be restored like it was back during the garden of Eden. All the apostles were tentmakers and fishermen... and it seems that Jesus knew a thing or two about fishing as well.
Just ask Peter.
Jesus ate fish after He rose from the dead... so the answer is... yes there will be fish in heaven.

Hahahaha! You sound like me talking to my friends a few days ago! I dont think anyone on Earth knows for sure! I hope there will be panda bears...because I love them! But if there isnt...we wont care! All we are going to have when we get to heaven...is Joy! So what gives you joy here on Earth may not be the same thing that will give you joy in heaven! I have heard however that all we will WANT to do is praise and sing and dance and just like...chill around with God and stuff!

Jack is correct, there will be no fishing in heaven, and no sex in the champagne room, there is no heaven.

I don't know, but i guess in heaven you can have whatever you want, even if you don't need it, like food. I certainly hope there's computer games there, tho...
