my friend doesn't think it is...i do

yes it is,,I'm living proof of it,,got my ticket while on vacation one year,and the cop that pulled me over ,,told me,,that he would have probably let me go,,but he was training a new officer,and he said it would look bad ,if he let me go,,and the same rule applies to all states,,including Florida,,and if you really think about it,,it does make sense.

Yes, driving barefoot is illegal in PA. My boyfriend is a cop in PA. However, if you don't get caught, good for you. If you do get pulled over with no shoes on, you will get a ticket.

It is illegal. So far's I know, it's not allowed anywhere. Is cause of the lack of traction, bending etc. while goin barefoot. If ya have to brake hard, it's likely a barefoot will slip of the brake pedal.

I think driving barefoot in general is illegal. I do it, so whatever. There are much bigger problems than this.
