No, if the actions are good, than the person committing the actions can't be evil, and vice-versa.
Good and evil are two extremes that have to exist simultaneously since they're opposing forces. You can't have one without the other, but you can't display both at the same time either.

Any actions by an evil minded person are inherently evil... They may do some good on outward appearances but, usually they have an evil goal in mind.

The Bible says that a good tree cant give bad fruits, and a bad tree cant give good fruits; so each tree will be recognized by their fruits. So, maybe that person is not bad, because if he makes good actions, it means he has good intentions or good feelings in his heart. But, if he acts good in public, just to get noticed, and then he acts bad where nobody can see, then he is just cheating on everyone and since what he wants is everyone on his feet, he is not a good person at all. I recomend u to check out what kind of the previous types he is.
GOD bless you!

I unquestionably have purely ever huge-unfold one person who continually acts in a manner i could desire to evaluate evil. She would not homicide anybody, would not even do them actual harm. She does manage, use, abandon, and reject human beings on a each and daily foundation, even human beings on the brink of her she supposedly loves. each and every thing she "provides", whether it is her time or funds or affection, has a string related. Does she justify her movements, almost certainly. If she needs something, she'll lie or cheat to get it if she has to, she'll pull the strings she's tied to the folk who care approximately her and attempt to cause them to do what she needs. And it is not appropriate that she's hurting somebody. it is not appropriate that she's being unreasonable or doing something morally or legally incorrect. as long as she gets what she needs. And if she would not, if she would be able to't have notwithstanding it is she thinks she's entitled to, beware.

There are some really messed up people out there. They could have the most evil, criminal, vicious thoughts but never act on them. Instead thay could be the nicest, kindest person on the outside.
just about everyone has bad thoughts sometimes. It is whether or not you act upon these thoughts that makes you.

If his mind is evil...then the actions will not be good! We can tell what someone is by the fruit they bear! Not how they themselves potray themselves... just because a tree has full leaves and looks like it would bear good fruit...doesnt mean it will!

Yes, definitely. Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing! There is a verse in the Bible about that the devil could come as an agent of peace or angel of light or something like that. The saying "looks are deceiving" seems to maybe apply here.

Who is good except God himself? In other words, nobody is good. We are all evil. Jesus said, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"
Matthew 7:11
Try this test to see if you are a good person:
Read the Ten Commandments and see if you have kept every one of them in word, thought , and deed. This is how we know if we are good.
