100/60 is good - not low - and often means a long life!
apart from feeling a little dizzy at times you should be fine
when you stand up pump your leg muscles hard to avoid dizziness

My grandmother has congestive heart failure, and a VERY low blood pressure, because of her medications.
Her physician said that, especially for her, it can never be too low.
The only time you should worry is if you're having complications, such as extreme fatigue or dizziness.
Having some bananas or other potassium rich foods a couple of times a week will help raise the BP.
