well.. the reason you may not be gaining any weight is because of your metabolism.
you may eat alot, but throughout the whole day your body burns more calories/energy than you eat, causing you to not gain weight.
having a very active lifestyle can also contribute to that.
and also having more muscle mass than fat, it helps with burning energy even when a person is at rest.
but if you're not active.. it could be just heredetary.
i suggest though, if you want to gain weight, you should eat more calories than you burn. i think 2,500 calories is equivalent to one pound.. im not sure, so you might want to look that up.

I used to have the same problem and I went to 3 different doctors before the 3rd one figured it out. It was my thyroid. Over active. I could eat all day long and I was loosing weight.

First off Im assuming you arent on crack or meth. Have you had your thyroid checked? Does being thin run in your family? I sympathise with you as I have the same proplem altough my friends cant understand why its a problem! you might try a weight lifting program as this will add weight, muscle weighs more than fat. good luck!

wish i was like that...but i think it has something to do with your metabolism...but just keep trying to eat and maybe you will gain weight and you might want to take some vitamins too...a lot of girls would like to be like you.. some go to the extreme of eating disorders to stay slim... i do not think i would really complain...but just eat and enjoy, later in years it might change it does that sometimes....

Unless it's affecting your health, I wouldn't worry about it.
I'm 6'3" and 50 lbs. underweight....
I went to 5 different doctors before they told me it is in my family history and all the drugs in the world can't change it.
I'd say look into your history and see what you find, then take that info to a doctor and go from there.
Hopefully, you find nothing's wrong.
Good Luck.

You probably have a fast metabolism and/or you are always crapping after you eat.
