Romantic. I think its great that when a person is feeling something they can come right out and say it. Not needing "the right time and place" that's just too much pressure. Its more romantic when it's unexpected.

undeserving of someone so unappreciative, i hope that if you care for this person you didnt levae them hangin when they told you how they felt, of course they could just be trying to get some, i think what matters is if you believed him

well i think it is romantic,,, and have fun with him... do not worry about where you go as long as you both care about each other and you are enjoying yourself... how do you feel about him?/ think about this...isnt it nice to have some one say i love you...tender words and if they are meant how lucky you are...hope you feel the same way though...
