Take a deep breath and relax. Now, hopefully you've unplugged it. This is going to ruin it, so don't use it again. Run sink full of cold water, and stick the whole thing in. It'll shrink your hand and hopefully you can pull it out. Next, grab a bottle of veggie oil, or cooking spray. Pour it down into the toaster and down your arm where its stuck in. Work it back and forth. That should help get it off. If all else fails... go to the ER.

I would have to be there to really help you. If you're more worried about your hand than the toaster you can put cold soapy water on it to shrink the skin and make it more slippery. Then do your best to relax the hand and gently move it around to where you can slip it out.
