It's not chowa, but jowa..."I like you" or "I like it".
"Sirra" means "I don't like you" or "I don't like it".

I do not know Korean, but using several of the translator programs available, those words do not translate.
Perhaps you might experiment with the spelling on the site below and have more luck.
