Some religious people define "honesty" as complete openness and saying literally what you mean. Irony, subtlety, and exaggeration (I'm not kidding; I once actually got an article about exaggeration being a sin) are viewed with hostility by such people, supposedly because it's dishonest, but actually because they can't understand anything that isn't glaring obvious. This is probably related to some religious people's hostility toward intellect. Of course, this hostility has been projected toward God.
BTW: If you want proof that sarcasm does not displease God, read God's closing speech from Job 38 to 41 sometime. It sounds pretty sarcastic to me.

No, sarcasm displeases both God and the fundamentalists.

God loves sarcasm, or at least that would be the case if it existed. So the answer is just the fundamentalist religious right in America.

God is love...and most people know what displeases and offends love. It's easy to blame God for many things we don't understand or like, but in the end we will understand and know the real questions, and answers...

To my experience, the ones most displeased by sarcasm are the ones that just don't get it.

Do you appreciate when people use sarcasm against you? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Remember that one? If there is something that you don't like people doing to you then don't do it to them. That's pretty universal. To answer your question I would say both. BTW to all those who do not know. Sarcasm is not a form of humor. It is a devicive tactic used in attempts to humiliate other people verbally.

What is imperfect is temporary, therefore nothing can harm the Eternal Being, though God may feel for our limitations.

I do not speak for God but I know He/She/It has a sense of humor. Just look at faces of humans during sex!
