Actually hon, what you saw were people proclaiming to be Christians, but by their actions, prove they are not.

I have found most of the answers you received amusing.

So I will tender my 2 cents...
It seems to me that the people in question are some that you believed to be Christians. Are Christians against sex or nudity? We are ALL human, and with that comes the innate need to see others as we came into the world. I believe that patrons are not allowed to touch the stripper...so to go and look at people of the opposite sex would be a human instinct. Christian or not. We first are human, then we are whatever. So I would say that the people you saw were not only Christians, but maybe just a little horny too. It's not a bad thing when we were instructed to go forth and multiply. But that's just my opinion.

The Pharisees of the bible treated Jesus the same way when he was hanging out with sinners and tax collectors, did it ever occur to you that maybe they were there trying to help someone? Even though I do not see why they should go in, they could have witnessed outside the door, but even if they did fall into temptation and went with no kind of reason except for their lust of the flesh, how many of you live a pure and Holy life? Jesus didn't call us to sit comfortably in a pew every week, he wants us to be his witnesses in ALL OF THE WORLD. JUDGE NOT LEAST YE BE JUDGED.

What makes you think they were Christians?

I can't imagine anyone would go to a strip club and shout out "Hey, I am a Southern Methodist, baby!"

There are so many people out there that proclaim to be be hard core bible pounders but, in reality they are just trying to cover something up. For instance, people in my family go to church everyday, were missionaries for years thousands of miles away, decons, in the choir, etc. They go around calling black people ni&&^%$. Is this Christian? No. This is no big suprise.

Who knows maybe they were trying to convert you, lol. But really, even Jesus hung out in unsavory areas in his day too. No where in the bible does it state "thou shalt not go to strip clubs".

If those people were in the club participating in the entertainment, then they are not christians.

Many are Christian in name only. My question is why are you selling and compromising the beauty of your body? Made in the image of God your body deserves to be glorified in marriage with a man who loves you with his whole heart and not showing off your body like it was a piece of meat to the lusts of perverted sick men, who are not real men anyways, because they don't uphold the dignity of women.

I'm not sure how you knew they were Christians just by looking. But if they were, then they ought to have known better. Not everybody who claims to be a Christian really acts like one.

It is against the bible, but so is lying, gossiping, a bunch of little things. If you were disturbed you should have done your duty and told them not to look at your coochie.
