Freeze it solid, and seal the container with plastic wrapping or cryovac. Pack it with dry ice in styrofoam; it has to go priority or overnight, not regular mail, and you should indicate that it can be left without a signature. Don't ship past Thursday (Wednesday is even better to be safe) or it may sit in the post office over the weekend.
