You probably have the wrong approach to them. Try changing your tactics. Talk nice, spoil them a bit. Do a lot of positive things for them. Even at first you probably won't get any reaction but it takes time and patience to win them over. Believe me, I know.

No they don't hate you actually they are playing with you cause that's their favourite thing to do bite. If they wouldn't bite you then that means they don't really know you so they can't trust you.

I don't know the answer to that but I had a parakeet named Missy. I had to wear gloves to pick her up. Whenever I didn't use gloves she'd make me bleed! I guess she just didn't trust me or something!

No... you just have to be really patient with them. If you watch them carefully, you can tell what they are going to do next and be ready.
