Ok, in order to stick it to the man, so to speak, I have several meetings with management coming up and am looking for creative ways to stretch out what would normally be a 20 minute meeting into a 2 hour meeting. I'm looking for ideas that would frustrate a manager, but yet not be offensive.

ddstarz is on the right track. Throw in a few other management personnel and you get at least 2 hours. If you actually have a point to make, try to do it in the last half hour or 15 minutes. These people probably want to go to lunch or happy hour. Make sure you have a cinch phrase to bring attention back to you when you want it. ie. "With that said, our__________ hinges upon......"

Based on my experience, you wouldn't have to do much to waste time. Every management-type is very good at doing just that themselves. I've been to half-hour long meetings in which absolutely nothing new or relevant was said.

The best way is to get the manager talking about himself. Just keep asking him questions in a way that flatter his ego and he can't help but answer and then repeat it back in a really flattering way, and use the "Awed Factor". You become Awed with them, and they are so flattered, they tend to brag and go on a little about themselves, even though they are getting frustrated, they can't stop and neither can you. But hey, who could fault you, you were just curious about "them". All us southern gals know how to do it.....if you know what I mean......and how you been???
