like he always looks at me and smiles when I am not even talking if he likes me should I ask him out or let him ask me out and if I should wait for him then how do I let him know I am available?

Ask him out! Otherwise he may find someone else thinking you aren't interested. Life is short.

If he makes an effort just to get a glimpse of you, then he's obviously interested in something about you. All you need to do is make sure of his intentions so you don't end up just being another notch on the bed post. start talking to him, be friends at friendz, and if he really likes you he will eventually ask you out. right now he's just scared to ask you out, be really good friendz for a while and talk on the phone and ****.

guys have a wierd way of showing they like you. its pertty confusing and stupid but thats how they do it. try talking to him. like on brake or at lunch. but dont just think he likes you becuase he might not. but just take things slow. make jokes with him and just be yourself. okay
