Try eating more yogurt, stop using mouthwash and brush your tongue with a toothbrush twice a day.
Yogurt will increase the amount of good bacteria, which prevents the bad bacteria and yeast from growing.
Mouthwash kills all bacteria, which allows the more powerful bad bacteria to take over.
Brushing off the excess bacteria and yeast keeps them in check.

AlmostMD is correct, but in his failure to address a very important matter has demonstrated why he's not yet an MD.....
More important than how to get rid of your oral candidiasis is WHY you are getting oral candiasis.
That needs to be ascertained at the same time any treatment for it is started. You may simply be treating something that is sure to recur--especially if you are immunocompromised.

Try rinsing your mouth using a 50% peroxide and 50% water mixture. Peroxide is safe to take orally, but do not swallow it. Spit it out. Peroxide is also commonly used to whiten teeth.
If that doesn't work, see a doctor!!

Yogurt! Definitely! and if you get this condition back, or regularly, get yourself checked for a systemic yeast overgrowth condition - especially if you are pre-diabetic or diabetic.
