In moderation, no, it's not bad. Just like we wouldn't eat fried foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day of every single year it's not good for your dog to eat cat food all the time.
Animals, just like people, have different "needs" and cat food will not give your dog all the needs he or she has to have to maintain a healthy coat or functioning organs.
However, feeding nothing but kibble to your dog all the time is also not healthy. Most store-bought dog foods are not actually a good quality kibble (this includes Science Diet, Purina, Iams and Pedigree brands). If you look at the ingredient lists on these bags, the number one ingredient is usually corn. Your dog, if he were wild, would not be eating dried processed corn!
Dogs need salts, fats, carbs and fatty acids too in order to maintain their health. Table scraps are not bad for your dog--in moderation. But to give him or her what's left on your plate once or twice in a week is not going to kill him, cause her to become seriously overweight or cause kidney or liver or any other organ failure either.
A lot of people only feed their dogs specially formulated home-made dog food that contains meat, vegetables and certain spices such as salt, sugar and garlic. Many people will also mix this home-made meat mixture with bread to give the dog the added boost of carbs and fats. You can run a search for home-made dog food using any search engine online and you will find a multitude of recipes.

I don't think it's necessarily "bad", but not "good" either. Giving your dog cat food is probably okay on a one-off basis (I take it you don't feel like going out to the store?), but I wouldn't recommend doing it consistently, as cat food is not designed to meet the nutritional needs of a dog (and vice versa).

Yes. Cat's prefer acidic foods, like cat food. That's why cats don't like sweets and dogs do. Bad for your dog.

Yes its bad. Cats have different nutritional needs than dogs do, so their food in specially formulated for them. They each have their own amounts of fat, protein, fiber, and minerals. It's also a good idea to feed your dog what fits his lifestyle and age.

Dogs eat their own feces and vomit. Cat food won't harm them.

Yes - it can be damaging to his kidneys and liver. Dogs should eat NOTHING BUT dog food. (That means no people food, either!)
