Since the problem is your dress not fitting, then exercise is the key. No matter how much weight you lose, toning your body will help you fit into your dress.

Eating less and drinking lots of water will take off pounds.
Eat lots of nutrient dense fruits and veggies, so you won't feel weak or depleted as you cut back your overall food intake. Don't eat low-cal filler foods or you'll feel miserable.

Eat your fruits and veggies RAW for increased energy for exercising.

If you try to lose the weight and it doesn't come off, you're in a bind. You still have 3 weeks to work with so you should try to exchange your dress for a larger size or buy a new one and sell yours.

You could also have your dress "let out" as much as possible, and squeeze the rest of your bod in with a full girdle. There are lots of nice new ones on the market that go from under the breast down over the hips. I hear they're not uncomfortable and actually improve your posture.

Good luck, and happy wedding day!

Firstly, stop panicking. You can always have the dress adjusted if need be. Don't be over worried about your weight, as your natural happiness will shine through on the day.

Secondly, you need to reduce your appetite by taking Trim 8 or some such appetite suppressant. Taking vitamins also make you feel satisfied, and will keep your hair and eyes sparkly. Protein will make you feel fuller, and give you the energy to last out.

Thirdly, if you don't lose enough body weight there is a body wrap which takes lots of centimeters off your measurements. Also your skin is beautifully soft afterwards, which will add to your honeymoon night! I think this one is the best http://www.shapechangers.co.uk/what.htm Start the wraps straight away as using them a few times will reduce you even more. You have to drink a lot of water up to a few days after wrapping. It lasts for six months approx.

Fourthly, remember if you lose too much too fast it actually takes from your looks, as you could look gaunt and tired. Have you noticed how a in a lot of before and after pictures the before looks better, as the person looks years younger?

Lastly, have a lovely day, and I hope he is worth it!!

To lose weight fast and in a healthy manner, you need to do 2 things: Tons of Cardiovascular excercise, and eat a low calorie diet.

The more Cardio you do (Running, swimming etc.) the more weight you will lose. You will get the best results from a routine that is fairly long (40 mins. to an Hour) and has bursts of intensity (Sprint for 1 Min. as fast as you can every 10 mins.).

As for dieting, while a low carb diet will technically make you lose weight faster (as long as you dont eat too much meat), it isn't as healthy for you as a low calorie diet. Just count your calories throughout the day, and try not to go over 1000. Avoid foods that are high in "Calories from fat," and stick to whole grains. If you want to eat a low cal, low carb diet, that will definately make you lose weight even faster, but expect to have almost no energy in the day at all; you will feel awful and not want to excercise.

For even faster results you can try taking some supplements. I reccomend avoiding products like Hydroxycut as they contain caffeine and can seriously mess with the workings of your body. Instead, stick to the natural variety, especially CLA (Conjugated Linolic-Acid) This will increase the rate at which your muscles absorb calories, thus making you burn more of them.

Depending on your height and weight, it is possible to lose 20 pounds in three weeks, but only if you are dedicated. It is not easy to lose weight, don't dilude yourself into thinking it is, you will only be dissappointed. Instead prepare yourself for the hard work and dedicate yourself.

Good Luck :)

This is a "quick fix" for your wedding day, but you must adopt a healthy lifestyle now while your starting your marriage and potentially parenthood.Drink only water, don't skip breakfast, eat 4 small meals a day, no carbohydrates within 6 hours of bedtime, get 20-40 minutes of cardio every other day and get involved in a Yoga class two to three times a week to help your breathing, posture and stress management.

OK I invented a diet in 1988. I kept trying to eat right and get the daily amount of the food groups and I had a really hard time doing it.
I realized that my body doesn't really know that it had so much on the 3rd of the month and so much on the 4th.
I started to eat a single food group a day (except I combined grains and dairy)
1 day for each. I ate to my fill and the pounds melted away. I lost 20 pounds in one month (very close to the time frame you desire)
I fealt very energetic, because I am sure that I was receiving much more than the minimum amounts of all the vitamins and minerals.
I hope this helps!

Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.

The current issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine has some excellent workout routines that won't get you bored.

Remember, diet and exercise is best for lasting weight loss.

You can't lose 20 lbs. in 3 weeks. You can, however, reverse some of the damage by eating healthfully and exercising. You can realistically lose 6 lbs in 3 weeks. You need to move more & eat less. That's really all you can do. Otherwise, you'll do more harm than good.

Take the master cleanse diet..its for cleansing of the colon but it also decreases any fluids in the body and flushes them out.So if you have any water retention it will go down alot so you lose up to 1-2lbs a day starting right away...check it out on the web.

Actually, it's pretty unhealthy to lose all that weight in such a small period of time.
But really, even a few pounds, not 20, can make a difference for whatever you need.
And if you lose it that fast, you can also gain it back.
So whatever you do, stay healthy.
